It is formed by pouring water into the film layer on the inner surface of the drum. To make this ice fragile, the drum is cooled and then shredded with an ice-knife so that ice storage occurs. It has the perfect Flake Ice Generator (ice evaporator) and combines with top quality cooling equipment such as compressors, condensing units, filters, valves and others. Block Ice Machines

Block ice is an ice type created by immersing cans filled with fresh water in a brine tank. The temperature of the brine is -10°C, which causes the water to freeze into solid blocks with a temperature of -5°C. Block ice is mostly used for (sea)food cooling. One of the reasons for block ice’s popularity is the fact its form allows an easy handling. It can easily be transported for a long distance without having refrigerated vehicles.
